The Beginning
When I started Balanced Wellness, LLC as an alternative to the constraints of conventional, allopathic medicine, I was fiercely committed to creating a patient-centered resource where true healing began. My goal is to educate and empower patients to take charge of their own health. Our approach focuses on, uncovering the root causes of disease and recommending specific and customized lifestyle changes that will lead each patient on a unique journey toward a healthier, more vibrant life.
Meet Leslie
As a cancer survivor and a Registered Nurse with 30 years of experience, I’ve seen firsthand that true health goes far beyond prescriptions. My journey led me to look deeper into what supports wellness, from the food we eat to the habits we build. I quickly realized that many foods we consume are not beneficial for our bodies and that understanding the root causes of health challenges is essential for lasting vitality. This perspective drives my passion for empowering others to make well-informed choices that will, in turn, promote healing and a vibrant, balanced life.
I love experiencing the Florida lifestyle with my friends and family! Whether it’s playing pickleball, golfing, or enjoying walks with my dog around our beautiful community, I’m always soaking up the sunshine. I’m blessed with a health-conscious, brilliant, devilishly handsome husband and two amazing young adult sons who inspire me every day.
